if i were your i would change the angle of the helmet wearing guy's head, he doesnt appear to be paying any attention to his combatant. Unless your still to add in whatever it is he is staring at

Guy in foreground's left leg (our right) is detached? Maybe it's just me... but your image is really great, nice style, pretty cool lighting, fairly well use of color's, nice concept and shading. Overall i give it an 8! *gives a sexy wistle*

Hmm... I'm trying to think of what I can say that won't be viewed at criticism... I think you should add some bright highlights to the swords to make them stand out more, and maybe a brighter flare where the two swords collide.
