Here is an image I did, I posted it in another string but I think that string was pretty much dead. I decided to start a new topic just so I could get your opinions. Well what do you think?

In my opinion there's too much of contours for "realistic" style or too few for a cartoon style.
It's well drawn but not so well coloured in photoshop...you just need more practice and critique just like I do.
btw. my kinda chick...i like her

looks good, but as ime said.. it looks a bit "in between".

Let me pick some small things out:

The gloves look a bit like those of mickey mouse, the fingers are too short there.

The breast look a bit odd because the nipples usually face in different directions, they are never parallel.

Hmm then the background is quite 2dimensional.. you could work on in a bit more.

The face good, but the lip is tilted in one direction.. should be easy to fix.

There is something strange happening where her Lat. muscle (Back) blends to her tights. the line should not go over..
the other way would be better because the Latissimus is further back.

All in all this is good, you have a feeling for line. You should work more on colors and composition as well as hands.

In case you guys couldn't tell, they are Mickey gloves. There is a very subtle reference in there for those who see it.

The Mickey gloves are much more puffy, almost a doughnut around the wrists. Plus, Mickey only has four fingers.

Hey, Briarieos...I think it looks pretty cool, but i think you should pay as much attention to the background as with the shapes on the girl, or you could leave out the whole background , maybe.
Theres also too smooth shading in certain areas like the hair wich should have harder highlights, cause it's more shiny than the rest.The shapes and shading on the hands also
look weird.Overall i like it.There's something really attractive about the shoulder and face.
