Its supposed to be rust on the "shoulder shield" thing... But i don't think it looks like rust...

otherwise I'm pretty satisfied with it. But i cant look really objective on an image that I've made. Well after a couple of weeks, but then i think all my images are really ugly, and when i create an image i can also think its real ugly and just trash it.

But what do You guys think? what needs improvements and so on?

zarck- Don't worry to much when people don't reply to a post its happened to me and other people to. Sometimes people just over look it.
Here is what I think works on getting attention around here.
1)Beg for attention
2)Type in Please more than once for a title.
3)Reply to your own post (which you have already done).
4)Add the name of someone admired in this forum to your title.
5)Don't trash your own art to much, leave that to the people replying to your post.

Hehe... sorry I figured that would lighten you up a bit. I'll give you my opinion on your pic even though I'm not very good at critiqueing.

I think the eyeball should be moved in more into the socket so it doesn't look as if its about to pop out. The ear I believe should be further back, not on the cheeck bone. For the rust on the sheild, I have no idea how to do that since I'm just learning to paint digitally.
Thats all I can think of right now.
