Im borrowing an 18"x12" Calcomp tablet from work, to see if the problems Im having with my 12x12 are just the tablet, pen, or software. So far, it seems to be the tablet. Oh well. They will probably give that thing to me soon(for keeps! ) anyway, so I wont have to worry about replacing it soon.

how much does an 18x12 cost?
How about a 12x12?

I dont know. I never had to pay for any of my tablets. They were always free!

Im getting an Intuos 12x12 for IRL300 or I mean $360 , I got it at EBay.com, I should have it by Monday, YAY, sry .. I just wanted to tell everyone. Though I wont be able to use it until I get a multi adapter, I wont be able to use te US power supply. Has anyone else in England/Ireland had this problem ??

If you've been getting your tablets for free, why do your need to know how much they are ? Also do you think the bigger size makes a difference ? I was thinking of just going for a 6x8.

I have a 12x12 and a small graphire, and I absolutely hate the large pad. There's too much motion required if you have it in relative mode. However with most drivers you can define and use only a portion of the pad. Ultimately I kept making my 12x12 pad only use about 4x5, so I just bought a smaller better pad and tossed the large one.

Large pads don't fit in your lap either if you like to draw that way. You can prop the graphire up on your knee if you like and it's comfortable.

Maybe you could toss a tablet my way.. I'll pay for shipping and all

I have very limited funds, and I have no tablet.

If you get them for free, maybe help me out?

I guess im just used to working on traditional media where i have to use a big size paper... but thats just my opnion
