Hi, I'm new here and just got my wacom digital art tablet a few days ago. I've been experimenting with a few different techniques and ideas for drawings, and finally found a style that I like. I painted this using paint shop pro (though my copy of Photoshop should arrive soon) and I'm having some difficulty with the face, at the moment it looks like a hybrid of Beavis and my aunt Hazel
This picture actually looks quite weak compared to some of the really great looking stuff I've seen on this board, but then you guys are mostly proffessionals :P
I could use some feedback and some tips on how to make his face seem more angry looking.

Thanks

Well this is my 1st post in a while and i like that pic. It looks like u started on the body and saved the face 4 last. It looks like u got a little annoyed or bored and gave up on the face and left it unfinished. You should try to define some facial features and maybee the same for the sword. just some ideas but thats a nice pic 4 a first 1 :-) |

Thanks guys, any feedback, good or bad or even vague comments is great. My faces are actually improving now, I decided to practice drawing them on much larger images, so I can fit more detail in, and if I mess something up, it's easier to erase it.
Thanks again for the feedback.
