people have this disease and their balls get huge its like a parasitic worm i think

It's called Elephantitis... and no, I'm not kidding, that's really what it's called. Very rare here, but aparently happens often in africa, where I believe that is from, or on some of the less developed areas of south america.
If I remember correctly, it is a genetic defect that causes part of the body to grow to tremendous size... though it could be a parasitic thing, I don't remember.

CyberArtist: In this case.. i dont think that that is what this man has. Cause if I remember correctly you can only get that in places like your feet and face and hands. But you know, I could be wrong.
Oh, and it's caused when the pituatary gland supliments too much growth hormones to a specific place in the body. They only call it that when it gets past a certian size, but sometimes the body just fucks up. 
- EDIT - I'm too lazy to look it up and i just remembered... If you suffer from the rare deisese it shortens your life span an extreme amount. Anyone ever see the movie Jack? Well it's kinda like that, one of the previous "TALLEST MAN IN THE WORLD" had that deisese. So I'm not 100% sure if gigantism will target a certian area ( like i said before) I think it is when the pitutary gland just supliments way to much growth and sends it all over the body instead of one place.
