Actually, I'm not quite sure that that would hurt at all.
Correct me if i am wrong but by closley looking at the picture you can almost tell, or just by making an educated guess, that all the nevres in his face are just about whiped out completly.
So, im not posotive but i dont think that would hurt towards the lower section... just maybe when you got to the upper section like the tip of the nose of his eye area.

how is this person able to sit upright (conscious, mind you) when the entire front of his face is shot off? that doesnt make sense to me... the pain alone would be enough to pass anyone out. and sorry but no doctor would ever allow a conscious patient with that kind of injury to sit and strike a pose....unless..it was like the first time something like that ever happened. which im sure it wasnt.

but...hmm. i dont think i'll be buying a motorcycle now.

Ugh. Why the Hell are people fascinated with gore/pain? Not only did that man lose his face, but possibly his life, and it gets slapped up online to be gawked at for the nightly entertainment for simps across the globe. How would you feel if that was your brother, cousin, or dad involved in the accident that did that? And his face was plastered up online?

Shit like this, the glorification of dead babies, and snuff videos shouldn't be condoned. There is really no benefit for anyone in posting this shite, except for some perverse jollies some twisted individuals derive from knowing that they have exposed others' to this crap.

And just for the record, the guy is alive in that pic. Otherwise he wouldn't be in the E.R. On top of that, it's quite real. He's most likely in shock. Trust me, after a traumatic accident, your body can stay kicking through some serious shit.

As for the quote of 'It's real life. Life is ugly', or something to that effect. That is very true, but is it necessary to bring it to light when the same attrocities are happening, not accidentally, across the globe? If anything is deemed worthy of attention and a look into the background of, they are.

Dead babies? Now that's fucking sick! That crosses the line! I have no feelings period at looking at some fucked up individual, sure it's bad it happened....but what entertains me the most, is trying figure out what the hell would make you become a E.R doc! Shit and stuff like this happens daily, well maybe not in the same hosp. Anyshit all I have to say is that I can look at it and eat cookies at the same time, but I couldn't touch it!

And yeah he's in shock! Heh! But the question is who'd want to live after that shit? No me, unless the come up with some kinda full head transplant! Not likely...
