theres a few things wrong with it.

1. her mouth is WAY off center of her face. it looks like they are sliding off the edge of her head.

2. theres only one part of her nose.

3. the stem of her nose goes too eye up, way past her eyeball. end it below the eyeball.

4. make her eyebrows a little more dynamic

thats all

As far as composition is concerned, it seems a bit... off balance. The darker values in the top right (combined with a relative abundance of detail there) add a lot of weight to that corner, and there isn't much throughout the rest of the picture to counter it.

The easiest way I can think to fix this is to juct crop the image a bit (perhaps cut off some of the heavy solid black along the right?) Though the easiest way is not necessarily the best. A more traditional composition might put her head closer to the bottom of the image. Or perhaps something to add more weight to the bottom left, to balance things out?

Otherwise, I like the image a lot.
