About the "something missing"....

My eyes want to see something in the bottom left corner where the bright blue is....the whole image has a dark feel to it, and then a bright blue shows up when I look at the bottom...

Dunno, that's just the psyche that I get from it.

I like your work a lot Affected, you always find a way to create something drastically original. You are quite talented. And I love your new page design.. it's by far the best one you've come up with. Over the past year or so, you've improved 200% - great work, man.

Your image is very original and I really like it! You have a very distinct style and your new site looks great!
A faraway 'fantasy type' city would look really cool in the background. It would enhance the mystical mood of the picture. The shades of blue are great. Congrats.

I'm sorry Faust (i'll call you whatever I please), but every single piece I've seen from you is some sort of wanna-be-Geiger smudged mess.

I'm just sick of you offering nothing but negative feedback. You NEVER respond to anyone's work with anything positive.. it's like it's beneath you to actually be nice to someone. Obviously, seeing you can't take criticsm yourself, you inflate your ego by attempting to put down others. I realize that you and Affected are 'friends' in real life, and that he probably doesn't give two shits what you say, but that isn't what bothers me.

And like you, I am using my right to freely state my opinion, if you can't take it, tough.

i give positive feedback when i see something that impresses me or something i like or something that deserves positive feedback or neutral feedback. in this case, i can't find anything from heikki's drawing that i have not seen before a few dozen times, and it's a tad below the par compared to other of his works that look exactly the same.

and if you knew even shit worth about giger's work, you'd notice the million differences right away, and guess what? i couldn't care any less if some irritating little fuck puts my pictures down on this forum, i like them to a certain degree, so fuck it.

i draw that stuff 'cause i like to draw that stuff and it's the only artsy thing i can draw properly, so fuck it.

and sorry,. i can't show my work stuff, it's NDA'd, shit happens.

shit happens yet again 'cause i happen to have a dream job with a decent pay (good pay in plus minus 3 weeks when my contract is rewritten) drawing and modeling and concept planning and everything elsei could ever want to do, and i like my job, and since i'm a total bitch of a person, i don't give a fuck about anyone's comments as long as i get my money.
