this isnt very good i know i did in about

I guess she will be pretty lonely on prom night 
The eyes look nice, but the rest is a bit distorted..
Did you see fred flick stone's tutorial about head drawing? It will help you a lot to practice that a bit. Its here on this forum i would say on the second page or third.
Maybe Fred already gave up on us, but if not it could be that he will post a body tutorial too some time.
just stay tuned and practice those heads

I am inclined to agree with Nex, and not just about the head. The entire figure lacks structure. You should work on structure and figure drawing.
Also, you probably don't want to cut off the legs in the composition.
