Normally I would never post incomplete work but considering Iv been working on this piece for about 2 months now I thought I�d better get some feed back before it�s too late.
She is a character from a book a friend of mine is going to write. Obviously her name is Rayna Brightmoon, and she is half-elf witch gives her the longer ears.
Oh, the background is Bryce4 (does a better job than what I can do)

Almost forgot, this is PRE-Filtered.
I would normally apply a few filters that would soften the image. I apply another that slightly darkens the dark areas and lightens the light areas. That along with a few other things ...

her armour isnt in perspective to her face, it faces too much forward if that makes sense
*grumbles again* bright... moon.... *sighs*
the pic if really nice tho... dont mind me im bitter for being reminded im not original in choosing my nick name....
in the background her neck is uhm... not there? or screwy, ubt im a perfectionist and i really love the picture anyways cause i love fantasy! so keep it up, you rule you know you do and show us the finished one in another 4 months ?

Darkmoon: Yea, at the rate I'm going it may take that long As for her last name.... I don�t care much for it, that was her name in the book so it had to be in the pic 
And the armor..... I think seeing the rough draft may help put things into perspective. I hope. Imagine her back is arched..or something...

Umm...is that horse in the background sniffing her bum? Gah! forget what I just said. I really like the picture, it really looks like something that could sell. Umm..oh yea, and I really like her face, it looks "real" but still kinda in the comic(book) sense. Yea, I don't think any of that made sense, but I really do like it.

Her right should piece is still skewed. But don't worry-I like it when things don't look right-they often don't in life, armor doesn't necessarily rest where you want it to.

an observation : her nose and lips are drawn from an other angle than the rest of her face.
just bend them a little to the right and you got it.
