hey folks.. need a little info about the graphire tablet from wacom. i currently own a 4x5 tablet (SERIAL PC) and since i'm working at school on a mac, i plan to get a new USB tablet. the graphire looks cool and is not really expensive so i might go for this one.. but i just got a little question about the 512 levels of pressure sensitivity. is there a big difference between the 512 from the graphire and the 1024 of the intuos ? i'm not a profesionnal but i'll still use it to draw with photoshop so i'm just wondering if it's still nice to draw.

Ahh..it's a bunch of crap. I've got a graphire and it works perfectly, the size, and everything. Honestly do you use that much variation in pressure when drawing with a regular pencil? I think not. Sorry if i sound like a bitch, but I just got off work and I'm freakin' tired.

u can get them imac flavor colored graphires to go wit yer imac too .. it'll be sooooo cute

Well, I tried an Intuos a little while ago, and I did notice a difference, but then the Artpad II I normally use only has 256 levels.
