I always wonder what other fellow artists desktop looks like, so I thought I'd share mine and get a thread started up =)
Image size is around 150k, and thats lousy image quality, hehe

There already has been a thread about this topic a while back..
http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/Forum2/HTML/001213.html

Ok, I must admit, most people have deleted there images there, so there are many red crosses..

Here is mine. The original size is 1024x768, but i made it smaller as you can see. Observe, and you will also notice I am a neat freak, who keeps desktop fillage to a minimum. I like things at the top level to be brief and peaceful.

Do you know that it's not actually a good idea to have a lot of things going on in your background when painting, cause you eye has trouble visually seperating your art from your desktop. That makes it harder to judge color values against one another, and for color correction, you'll never get what you intended, because of a flashy background. Faust has got the right idea, no flare, just black.

Here's mine. taken today. I forgot who made the wallpaper though. roughly 79kb. hehe - as you can see I don't like default icons too much

the text in it is actually pretty interesting/good. A bit depressing though.
