heya guys! i live in australia and just tonight akira was on tv! i watched it and i must sai its pretty cool!! i like the storyline its very interesting and although it has a lot of gaps and stuff i reckon it rocks~
in the forum i heard alot of stuff about akira so i watched it.. but i think ive also heard akira-x a few tiems too.. i was wondering if that's anotehr movie..or if its the same one.. well tahnx a lot guys! woaroo |

Nope there is only one great all time classic anime movie titled Akira.
OMG that was the first anime i ever saw and the storyline in it is very intriguing and holds quite a bit of truth to it actually.
What gaps did you see in the storyline? Its been a while since i saw it but that movie is deep. Oh oh another really deep movie that frued and watson would have a field day with is American Beauty. Anyway i hope i answered your question |

hhaha yeah ill try renting ghost in the shell from the video store.. no not gaps.. just half the time u dont know what akira is.. which i guess is mae like that.. and those kinda small old guys ... who are grey.. no idea who they were

| Oh hell yeah Ghost in the Shell is another one of the greats. Ok those three people two of them are old and the other one is still a child. Anyway they are also people that had done to them what was done to Tetsuo and they too had learned to use there power along with akira. Akira was the only one to actually achieve pure energy and had the greatest power of those four...well three now . Anyway those three people are trying to help Tetsuo understand what is happening to him which is that he is achieving so much power that he can't control it. I hope this helps. |

| Yeh! im also from Aus and i watched it and it ruled! did u watch the one before bell maker? that was pretty ok too (goku, private eye or something, its on again next week, it had a phsycho laser spewing cyborg biker chick with handlebars on her back(that bit was a bit wierd)) You sooo should of watched evangelion when it was on, that whole series was even cooler than akira. |
