doesn't look bad
but still the chin needs work, its too big and the cheekline is a bit too extreme..

* Lips and nose look good, eyes would need some details (look at your own eyes for example), the iris should be black.

* The left eyebrow is a bit too long.

I'm curious how it will look when its finished, good luck with it.
