Here's another one.. This time it was actually quick, 20 minutes. It shows a bit, oh well.
I'm often told my characters look a lot like me, and this is a blatant example.. I guess seeing the same face in the mirror every morning does that. To me, anyway.

Here's my little contribution to this thread. May not be game related, but what the hell... I made it for a girl BTW Took 15 minutes. I have it on two different colored backgrounds because I couldn't decide what it looked better on...

Well, I'm new to the forum and I signed up cause I really like this topic. I drew my pic in about 10 minutes, then 10 minutes to color it, and then 10 minutes to find the right filter. My very first post, so I hope I don't screw it up. By the way this is a sketch I did of Riddick from the movie PitchBlack off of a promo picture.

Affected, it was indeed the mouth and expression that reminded me of that amusing picture of Mr. Perry looking up & mumbling about Polka dots or something :P I hope your next pic has a shirt on - just to be safe.
Howdy Pixelator
That flower is a mix. Just sculpted some primitives (sphere -> buds, cylinder -> stemþs, plane -> leaf) mostly with the deformation tools. Then I just rendered the image with shadows, imported that same pic on another layer, blur/smudged it and then rendered it all again. Very quick and easy! Woohoo!
I love flowers because they have no bones!

Here's my very, well, pointless contribution. 2 minutes, 2 colors (red and black). Made it just to see if I could do a figure in 2 minutes. Came out pretty blah.

wanted to try this myself too.
it's odd to draw quick, since i'm used to dot-humping everything millimeter by millimeter.. i set myself a 8 minute limit on this. i think it had some meaning too, but i can't remember what it was for the life of mine..

dear god. i can't draw fast.
(and i give up on IE.. found a nice little form bug in it while trying to fix this screwup )

I used a photo. Sketched it down with
more "twisted" shapes on paper and then
coloured it. I also screwed up the colours
on purpose in order to get this Egon Schiele look.
