Hmmm... the eye looks great, and the pose and everything, but you could probably rework the guy reaching out cause his anatomy is off...

the eye has some anatomy issues too.. the real one looks a bit different (especially the upper part of it. It does not look bad however

And people don't usually come out of eye.. it's a bit unrealistic, if u mentioned..
