Hey guys!
I'm back! Hawaii was great and now I've set up shop at Heavy-Iron Studios - a friend's company that works on the 'Evil Dead 2' game.
I also plan to rework my homepage and get all the MW4 stuff online.
Well, it's good to be back!

Whoa... could you make sure that game doesn't suck? Cause honestly it looks pretty shitty from what I've seen in screenshots, creature models are just funny looking.

The MW4 intro looks quite ok if you take into account the time & resources we had at our disposal.
Evil Dead will probably look a lot better than what you already saw.
Oh well ...

Hey Loki,
Question, every time I crash and restart, my monitors default to 640*480 and the placement is messed up. Painful, as the PS prefs finds different info and resets itself and I have to reset my prefs and palettes every ...time. any ideas?
Should I replace the stock ATI in my G3? Will I see a big diff?
What's the word from Square? Are they ready to fire me yet? |

Hey Spooger!
Well, did you try to reset your P-Ram (Parameter-Ram that stores system-infos, like the cmos on the pc)? That could be garbled up.
And yes, IMHO the ATI cards are a piece of crap. Do you have two of those??
They are quite slow because their 2D acceleration is treated like a stepchild.
What you want to get is the most awesome card out there that's availiable for Macs:
the Formac Proformance 32MB
You can leave the ATI for your tool-screen, but in order to redraw the navigator & icons faster you want to get one for it too. They are about $300 and worth every little penny. Just the panning-speed alone kicks butt!
Hawaii: Christian & Roger are in awe of you (of course) and Christian loves to sit behind your back so he can watch you work
Are you going out there again soon?
Oh and Ira Gilford says hi - I'm working with him here at Heavy Iron.
