Hey Guys,

I was just wondering, who are you personal top 10 favorite artists on this board?

I don't mean to have anyone's ego squashed or to cause any arguements or anything like that, I'm just curious to see who places value on what specific styles of art. Obviously, everyone has their own opinion, and I'm hoping this little experiment might prove that.

Anyway, mine are: (in no particular order)

1. Joachim
2. Micke
3. Craig Mullins / Spooge
4. Frost
5. Fred Flick Stone
6. Vebjorn
7. Chester
8. Dhabih
9. Saffron
10.Derpunkt

.. there are quite a few others that have grabbed my attention with a unique style, or unique subject matter, but I can't list em all

.. if this was a lame idea, please don't hesitate to lop off my testicles and feed them to rabid Furbys.

I would have to rank Mozeman as one of my personal favorites. Perhaps it's his humility, or supreme megatalent. Or just a spark of genius that separates him from the pack. I don't know. But I do know that I will continue to build upon my shrine to him, adding a candle for each work of art that touches my soul. I'm running out of space.

From what I have seen Mozeman is an excellent artist, which I would rank in the top 15.

I would also rank Cable, from 3dpalette, and from gfxartist.com.

I think I'm too new to give the top 10 artists but I can say, after seeing the topic "warlord thing" by Spooge, that Spooge is one the best artists here...

That's my opinion...

Spooge/Craig is the god of digital painting (in my opinion).

I think there's such a huge amount of talented artists here now, that to even start ranking some would be impossible..Take WacoMonkey, Sedone, the MozeBrothers, Francis, Loki, Synj for example.-And, so many others as well that has not been mentioned...
So, to even mention names would be very difficult or wrong if not only as your personal favorite and nothing else.
But anyway, thx for mentioning me..it's a good egoboost, hehe

Yes, I agree with Joahim, this top ten thing is meaningless for the fact that there is just so much talent here, personally I'm just glad that people at such an advanced level as Craig Mullins are here and willing to teach us mere mortals how it's done, and more artists of that caliber ie. Fred, WacoMonkey e.t.c are arriving all the time.

Thanks, Joachim! I went to your site last night and was very impressed. I find people like you, Micke, and Francis provide me with motivation because your styles are somewhat similar to mine(or at least what I'm going for), BUT at the same time you're not so far ahead in expertise that I just end up treating you guys like teachers. Which is how I view guys like Craig and Fred.
