Here's a piece I'm working on. I'm stepping away from the high explosive shell toting, carnage reaping futuristic characters that have become so commonplace. This is a bit of an ode to Jules Verne with a sort of retro character. Like I said, it's FAR from finished, but just wanted some feedback

the foreshortenin of de rite leg seems weird...n the muscle of the left leg seems hangin down.... |

Looks like animal legs. (i.e. horse, donkey) Don't know if that was the look you were going for though. |

Take away the gun, replace it with a sword, and you've got Dirk The Daring from Dragon's Lair.
Don't ask why, but that's all I see when I look at it. It seems like a typical Dirk pose.

I love the pic. Looks great. The shading and use of colors are awesome. The legs do look a bit odd, but I think it still looks good. I want to see it finished! |

Yeah looks cool, but the legs and feet need more refining. Possibly bigger feet and smaller legs

Salty: Love your style, its very smooth and flowing. How much work with muscles have you done though? One suggestion, have a photo-reference when doing muscles. And most imortantly, Exaggerate!
