the face scares me,. just use the colors that you had in the rest of the body, take out the green/greys.... the edges of the body are too sharp, they need to be softened,.
hope this helps |

Alright. The first thing that really caught my attention was the face. Because you used the dodge/burn tool, and with different settings, it makes the girl's face extremely grey. The highlights on the face are not as accentuated as they should be, judging by the rest of the highlights on the picture. Also, this grey makes it look like she's either a crack-fiend or an extremely heavy smoker (no offense.)
Next, the line down the middle of her body. That is an extremely dark shadow; a shadow that should not be that dark judging by the lightsource. The only line that should be on the front of her body should be the shadow underneath her breasts; and not inbetween them or down her body.
Finally, the edges of her body seem to be aliased. I assume you colored in the basic shapes, and then when you burned/dodged the base colors, the edges became aliased. To correct this, I would use a hard brush and set in a smooth (yet sharp) line, and then blend that line into the body. This will create a sharp line, but still smooth.
Sorry if that was a harsh post. I just tried to make it as thorough as possible. Those were the main aspects of the picture that really caught my eye at first glance.
Now, a side note. I don't think I can stress enough how terrible the dodge/burn tools are to use. In my opinion, they create an unrealistic look. (I'm not saying your picture, but in general, other paintings.) I think a better look in general can be created by using the paintbrush and laying down blocks, and then detailing the painting. Also, highlights can be created by using different hues/saturations of the base color.
Anyway, I love the picture right now. It has a great pose, and the girl has a very nice body. Oh yes, almost forgot. I would try and use a 1-pixel brush and add details to the hair, to make it more realistic.
Ok, that's enough out of me. Good luck on completing the picture.

the eyelashes shouldn't be that yellow-blond colored...make them like you made the eyelashes, with a dark brown color and small brush... |
