....to get a whole pile of voice samples from everyone in this forum and compile them all into a song! i must make......*dundundun* THE RANDOM MUSINGS SONG!!!!

i dont know what genre either, so help me out there too

to participate, just post links to wav or mp3 files and ill do the rest.

K, i decided to start up a plan, make this organized in a way

what im working on is lots of genres...i have one part going big beat, then it somehow goes all latin, then maybe rock? then how bout a small rap section as a complimentary chorus to the rock? i need your ideas! its your song! im just the workstation.....think of me as a program that just generates things for you, you tell me what to do, i do it! we have the technology! weee!

Ive started one part of the song, its kinda Big Beat, mixed with a bit of jungle and some jazz/blues something or other(in other words i dont know what the hell i just did!)

it sounds pretty damn happy, and then goes into a more dark mood. so i need more ideas.

any preferences for the Bpm it should be in?

Nex: right on track, a nirvana grunge would be great! umm bpm, lets see, how about 132. it doesnt really matter, because i can edit it hehe. and along with that a oneshot "dun-dun" that i can put at the begginings of some verses.

oh wow, great stuff guys, nex, i liked the rff#1 that was good stuff. hampster: nice werk, i liked it, do you think it should start out fast and get slow and melodice when you hear the ppl's comments and quotes? or the other way around? I will send in my stuff soon, i swear.

You gotta have a rap section in it, me and the other rap fans in the forum (if there are any) could like each have four lines or somethimg like that, or better yet it could be freestyle like at the Lyricist Lounge...

a rap section would be fun in there, hehe. download the song...play it in headphones and record yourself rapping over it or something, and ill take the samples of u and put them in and then mess with the song and maybe add some scratching and make it more rappy for one of the choruses or so. yeeep!
