has anyone else here recently purchased a 6x8 intuos only to find it takes forever to actually ship! it's seems they're far and few between right now. It's damn frustrating when it says it'll be here in a week or two and they still say they're "waiting" for the product so they can ship it. *sigh* , back to good old mouse drawing for now.

Cancel your order it might take months. I waited for mine for one 1.5 months and had to cancell it. Look for a store that has it in stock and call em, confirm how many they have on the phone. If they can't tell you dont order.
I went to bizrate.com and went through a few stores they have listed there, one of em had it.

Judging by all the order-online web sites there is a huge demand, but, I was fortunate enough to snag one last week and within 7 days it arrived. (US, 6x8 intuos)

Here's where I ordered:

J&R Music Computer World http://www.jandr.com

The status is "Low Stock", which is better than none =]

Hope this helps!

I found mine in a dumpster. If you can overlook the nauseous fumes and apparent bloodstains, you can find a wealth of magical fun in your nearest trash reciptical.

BTW..are Wacom tablets supposed to have bullet holes in them? Just curious...it makes it a bit difficult to dodge and burn.
