Hi all,
here is a new picture I made... Its a of a new character and Idea ive been runnning with for the past few weeks now.. Please tell me what you think, and feedback would be wonderful.

Hmm...
The general scene idea is good..
my citique points:
1. A smoothing filter does NOT improve picture quality so I'd not have put it over this one ( maybe only on the guy in the background )
2. The shading is a bit flat on the front guy. Decide where the light will come from and draw the shadows according to that.
3. The text (speech bubble) looks kind of strange for a comic- try to flip though some wetworks or whatever comics to look for a cool way to make those.
4. The hair of the front guy could need some work done with the HAIR TUTORIAL [Registered Trademark].
well I know I'm an ass bt you asked for feedback 
I'd be interrested in the storyline you thought up for this
