it's official, ive decided to put the new 3dpalette.com tutorials site in action. This is what i'll need:
-a 3d Animator
-a 3d modeler
-a flash animator
-a texture artist
-a skinner
-a digital painter
what the tutors are expected to do is:
-write a tutorial every so often (freq to be decided upon demand)
-answer commonly asked questions
-critique work
-have good english writting skillz (all the big boyz on this forum can write well, so np)
no 'holier the thou' personalities needed, if yer an arrogent prick, then f**k off i dont need u.
We have Craig Mullins in agreement to write a column every month or so, but i havent asked him to take such an imprtant role like im asking here...acually i havent talked to him about it at all immi has. but this is what im looking for, im looking for exceptioanl talent and profiency.
get back to me asap...i need to start organising b4 school starts getting serious and tough.

I'm available for the skinner or digital painter or even texture deal..although I prefer the digital painter above the others.
So Craig is writing a column? Rock on!
