Hi, I'm new to this forum but from all the phat posts on here I can see that it's the right place to ask 'bout stuff. I am half-way through my first part of digital art [ don't like calling it that, what am I supposed to call it? ] and I need suggestions on how to finish it off. here it is :

Now now, let's not poke fun. When a link to an image is broken, it's usually because the host doesn't allow direct linkthru's. Just copy the link and manually paste it into your address bar.

About the pic... The hair looks pretty nice. Could use some more shine, though. As for the face, those black lines NEED to go. Use a smudge brush and work them over as Dhab demonstrates in his tutorial. And the shading needs to be more defined. It should be clearer as to where the light source is located. So, just give the hair some more shine, blot out those lines, and structure the shading more, and it'll look great. Hope to see the finished product soon.
