I started a PS pic some days ago and due to the nice feedback and helpful tips here is my final version.

a drastic improvement from the last, but i think you should move a little of the hair from the back of the neck to the forehead

Very nice Nex! Improved a lot from the earlier versions. I know its finished, but I agree about the hair. Would move a bit more up to the forehead...dont hate me
