hi i'm stalking you. Zeph, you'll need to be a bit more specific as to where in the field you are inquiring to get that one answered accurately. Film = big bucks. Game = not as big. Freelance = semi big. Commercial = ridiculously high.

Film = big bucks - if you're a prime artist

when you start out: Film = lowballing til you die!

I'm glad your stalking (wink, wink). Commercial/film, position on a production team doing modeling, texturing, animation (I know pick one or 2 if on a team, but doesn't hurt to learn it all right?). Love your stuff. My main intrest is in realistic modeling/animation. Thanks again.

Excuse all the questions guys, but I know whom some of you work for What are some of the main skill sets for a 3d guy that a company like Digital Domain is looking for? And any info you can give synj is much appreciated. Last post tonight. Thanks.

Well, all I can give are educated guesses hehe but I'd say aside from having material that has it's own flavor to it, being able to work on a team with a positive, non-territorial attitude is something not as common as one might think.

If you could show some work that was done with one or more people - pointing out what each of you did - that would be a bit of a boost.
