Just a quick post. A new demo-scene based art/music/poetry production called Virtuelt Kaleidoskop has been released; featuring a multitude of cool digital artists.
Well worth a look: http://vk.planet-d.net/ |

Hey Alive!
Was just downloading the mods... you know, they could've made a little easier to get to... downloading 20 individual mods, etc... it's even a hassle for me and I know these ppl... anyway. =)

yooo Frost!
Eh? Oh no, not another surfer that refuses to scroll to the end of a page Look at the end of each page (gfx & music) you'll find "complete .zip" files. Far easier than clicking on each link
Hmmm, I think Virago done pretty well with this prod. Can't wait for PII.
PS: why the hell ain't I telling you all this directly...I can see you in #pixel!
oh well...

Hey Alive. =)
Well, I did DL the big pack, but the files have to be in sepperate zips renamed .MDZ which I did... (finding the link between mod filenames and mod zips was a little time consuming, but I didn't want to save-target 17 times.) Anyway, it works. The songs are way cool! Why wasn't I asked to submit anything artwise? =) kidding.
(funny how I wanted to save myself some time and ended up wasting even more! =)
loki: IRCnet #pixel, where the scene pixelers hang out. (whatever's left of them)

Yeah, this web interface thing is a bit of a nuisance to setup... I wish they had done a good old fashioned .exe interface, that way it could have shown the pictures fullscreen too. But I know it's not Virago's fault, coders are to blame as usual

Actually #pixel has turned into a freaking Jerry Springer episode. No fun to be there at all! Don't bother going there if you're looking for digital paint related conversations. You'd be better off going to #digital-art on IRCnet...
Just had to get that off my chest..

Saffron,
"coders are to blams as usual"? TSK, TSK -- poor Wojtek... always being blamed for everything. =)
(referring to Sunflower, not this, hmm, HTML project.)

Frost, I'd actually say Wojtek is more of a visual artist / producer than coder, and he doesn't deserve to be blamed for anything, except maybe working too hard in all directions (But he's got a sprained ankle now so at least he's getting some rest...)
