*Note: this is a rehash of a response I gave Joachim in a thread below, but I figured more people would see this if I posted a new topic.

I've read through everyone's posts regarding what happened, and the reason I didn't respond (which as most of you know is very unlike me) is because I didn't want to further complicate the situation.

As far as stuff that was on my page that wasn't completed 100% by me.. the Jaguar and the Ferrari both fall into the category. Yes, they were REM models, but they WERE NOT FREE (like someone mentioned), they cost a fortune. The reason I had them was because I worked at a car dealership way back when, and they purchased them.. when I left the company, I was allowed to take them with me.

Anything else on my page is done 100% by me, I have .PSD files/etc/etc to prove it for anyone that wants.

Cperry.com is down permenantly because of immature 14-year-old pubescent freaks raiding my guestbook. Which is fine, maybe I do need to start over. In any case, I'm not going to be posting very much -- as I'm sure I can't reverse the opinions of most of the people in these forums.

I apologize for what I did, and it won't happen again... but the BULK of this whole ordeal took place over 3 years ago, which I find to be rather humorous that it still finds it's way back into my life. I mean, I'm sure a lot of you did some stupid shit when you were younger too... no matter, it's all good.

Anyway, thanks to Joachim and Binke for the unexpected warm welcome, I'm sure I won't be getting many more of those

Well said Dennison. I totally agree.
So many people here express their sadness towards where this board has headed and they detest the fact that every second thread becomes a flame war, but after seeing what has happened here, it seems like the majority on this board don't want to take action to change any of that.... No matter what the circumstances are, this uproar is not going to help the board.

Sure, mongoose has ripped designs and models, at least he's not parading around like some biatch, (the guy at titan designs for example) pretending he didn't do it or anything like that. I've seen some people on the net *continue* to do stuff like this when it is so blatantly obvious. Mongoose has done it once, confessed and that's it. If he did it multiple times, then I'd be pissed.

Oh, and that whole thing about the ID software thing, I think he was doing it to get at Shrimpish. That was pretty funny.

What I'm trying to say is he made a mistake and fucked up, a lot of people make mistakes. If he does it again, THEN drive him away in a flamewar frenzy. Only fools make the same mistake twice.

This is just my opinion on the situation, so please don't feel this is directed at you, the person reading this. Perhaps I'm the fool for being so forgiving, but I guess that's just me...

I really dislike ppl like that. According to some ppl here, he already used his 'chance', he won't change and i feel that he's not interested in graphics at all otherwise he would concentrate on inproving rather than stealing.

I think the only way to get better is to realize that you're a worthless shit. As long as you see faults in what you're doing you'll be able to improve, perry is apparently incapable of taking any notice of his wrong doings.
