hey all...
i know i suck at drawing in PS compared to all you lot, but is there at least a BIT of hope? lol...
anyways, here is some of the crap ive done recently...

Your stuff is not bad! It just takes a lot of practice. And when you're drawing things, just look at it like you've never seen that object before. Look at things like a newborn and you will see the world in a whole new way. I don't have anything uploaded to be very proud of (as for art). I'm working on updating this one -> nuclear sunday that is not the start page (the splash page is being worked on... have a bit of 'loading' trouble)

yeah, it's definitely not bad. i've seen worse. when i "started", i had zero eye for perspective, shading, lighting sources, angles, and whatnot. i still don't. period.
took me about 17 or so years to learn to draw. and even now, i'd be totally fucked if i had to draw a human, or someone's face, or an animal, or something like that...

Hey Dev. I couldn't draw an eagle like you did... i just hide my lack of skill behind lots of noise and smudge and low contrast and call it "dark" or "evil"

Hey spitfire, you're REALLY good, considering you use a mouse to draw!... i think i use a method not many people use...which is why my stuff is nowhere near the standards of everyone elses...
well, i gotta be off, i'm learning flassh4 at the moment....

Dev...thanks, but i guess that if you use a mouse long enough, it doesnt have to be a disadvantage over an artpad... it's all muscle memory y'know.

Well IMHO you pretty much succeeded. The followup pages and the use of sound are pretty damn original.

That eagle wasn�t bad! You�ve made a great effort making those feathers and stuff, and the eyeball gives the image a morbid, but cool look. Keep it up!
A mouse isn�t that bad to draw with. I�ve used it since I was 11, but started to use a pen this year -which is, I must say, a lot easier. |
