Hi! I would need some tips/help on drawing with Photoshop 5.0. This thing down there is my first try on a 2d Photoshop - comic type image.. it kinda lacks some detail, any suggestions, critique?
(plz brutally honest)

Thx Sowler!
I knew somehow that the proportions were not right .. I just was too excited to try a 2d pic in Photoshop the first time that I did this pic a bit too fast maybe..

hey. this is copyright/ownership breaking. my hair looks like that. and i had it first.
might i be as brave and idiotic as to suggest installing Poser 1 (you can get it for free, mind you.. at least it came with Computer Arts back in the day), render a head, save it, stick it to photoshop, and draw on top of... could be a good way to learn face/head forms/anatomy fast.
or buy a anatomy book.
the poser thing might actually work. never tried it myself, but i'm figuring it could work for people not-that-experienced.
BUT. don't smudge. draw on top of it. you won't accomplish nor achieve anything by just smudging. (*cough cough hack wheeze cough a certain seire member (who doesn't read this board as far as i know) *cough*)
werd. out.

Thx guys for the tips.
I'll try this thing with poser, maybe it works.
I guess I just have to read any tutorial that comes along from now on to improve on 2d - PsP - drawing.
Thx again Cya
