Here's my latest, ehm, 24-bit pixel collage.
I'd just like to say that even though I'm happy to have completed 'something', I think it still bites, really, simply because it's not to the level I was aiming for. If you can help, please do!
thanks

just say to yourself what i say to myself whenever i feel bad about things... 'if the body could do what the mind envisions, we wouldn't be human' hope that relieves the stress, if not, sorry man =) |

that's freakin awesome man! You did the muscle structure like perfect! that's something i see wrong in a lot of drawings damn man that's really good!
The only suggestion i could say would be maybe put a scenic background to go with this hulk? |

Frost that is really cool, Lighting gives it a good mood, I really like the painted style u did the axe too. If I am to be very picky maybe the head looks a littlt too high and to the right, but anyways I love it. |

Danny! I'm impressed The guy sure has alot of scars. Nice touch.
Comments: His left ear should be a bit more behind his head, since it's tilted a bit, but both his ears stick out the same ammount.
I would also add that his neck seems unexistant. Even though he has a huge back muscle, his neck should off just a wee bit more than it does now. I think a good way to do that would be to move his head a little bit to the left.
That's all I can really think of right now. Hope it comes in usefull

I like it but i would change top side of the axe. One blade would be quite enough. |

Yoszi: You can never have too many blades...
That pic is AWESOME. I can't imagine why you wouldn't love that, Frost. It rocks. |

Make top blade shorted and wider (or erase it and see how the pic looks). Now the ax looks too big. I would add some burning village as background. |

Dunno, I don't think you could ever get an axe that is too big. I think make it even bigger! hehe, but seriously I think makin it smaller might take away from the big mad axeman warrior look, I think the over the top sized axe kinda suits it... burnin village background idea is a good one tho.

Cos, you have disturbing tendency of enlarging all weapons (regardless of their era or type),hehe. You could get more aggressive look with different shape.

Shizo: Hehe. =) Well, let's jut say it's his leather pouch to hold his money and leave it at that, ok? =)) Oh, and it's not a Quake symbol... look closer. =) (nice try=)
Elemental: Thanks, the thought somewhat helps, but looking at Spooge's stuff just makes you feel like there's always room for a shitload of improvement... =)
coconutmonkey: (hmm, nice nickname(!)) the muscle structure would make someone who actually studied it laugh to tears... I don't know crap about 'correct' musculature... now THERE's something I could do -- study that! =) But thanks for the comments! =)
Cos/Snake: Thanks! You're right... I guess I had problems placing the head right... but I wanted him to give some kind of a menacing "you wanna piece of ME?" look. Hmm, thanks, I'm considering spending another evening on it to fix it up a little more... we'll see. =)
Yoszi: Well, the entire picture is over-exaggerated, therefore the axe suits it perfectly. =) A burning village... hmmm.... =)))
Jerrid/Yesniyah: Thanks. =)
Funny, no one even noticed he had 3 fingers... ( not even I!! =) hehe. Just one of those things that you want to get back to and fix later... guess it escaped my mind! =)
Oh yeah, the pic was meant to be funny, as in over-exaggerated, small flappy ears, over-expressive bad-guy face, etc. Not sure how that came across. =)

hmmmm.. whats this about 3 fingers? Not to say that I know more about the picture than the artist himself... but I could swear that I see a pinky in the shadows... with a little highlight at the tip of the pinky... but maybe I'm just seein things I dunno..
Nevertheless, its a great pic frost, I love the face, it brings the perfect personality to the character. ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/smile.gif) |

Nice pic, Frost
Can definitely sympathize with the 'finishing *something*' feeling!
I like this barbarian/executive. Did he conquer his way to the top of Egghead software by backstabbing/slashing/crushing? :P
The skin textures/scars are great!
Could just be me, but the main light source appears to be coming from his right - though the shadow of the axe makes it look like the light's coming more from in front of him. (?)
In response to the 'axe issue,' what about widening the shaft radius of the entire handle (which might make the weapon look sturdier... and possibly create more balance). Just an idea...
Keep it coming!

Kurisu; the shadow seems logically correct to me (maybe wrong intensity though). As the main light source is to left, the light is cast from it, intersecting the arm, and projecting the shadow on his abdomen. I think it's correct. Although it might have been more interesting to have put the light source higher or lower to create a non-axial-oriented lighting and shadowing. What do you think?
Thanks. =)

Hi Forest,
Few things poped at me. Color your shadows little but on the Green/Blue side. Watch that Shadow on the Thing hes holding. You need more highlights on the STICK
How about some Red lighting on this warrior?
Sorry for the spelling.
over all its nice (p.s. how that head looking strage?)
