Ok I posted a pic yesterday and I've made some changes to it since. So I'm making a new post so I can put them next to each other.
By the way the top one is the before. I got rid of the scar and the eyes.. they didn't look right.

Really? I thought the second looks much better. The first pic turned out a little too cartoony.

The 2nd one definitely owns. Much more moody and realistic. The shading kicks ass. Just the ear looks a bit weird, but then again, ears are hard as hell to make...

thanks spitfire... yeah the ear was hard because I didn't want to define it, but you can't see it if I don't. Oh well... learning..learning..learning.
