Something that's always bugged me, I just wanted to see what the take on this was, and I'm too lazy to look in help. Is it possible to change the color of the photoshop backround. I want black, it's easier to make lighter color images when the back is black . . you can get black by clicking the 3rd screen option, but that takes out all your stuff. Jsut want a damn black backround!

Tha answer to your question is... "Nope". If you have a mac, this is not a problem as you can change your background to anything, but in the PC version of Photoshop there is no changing the background color. There might be a way to do it with a hex-editor, but I don't suggest doing that because it would invalidate any sort of warranty or service options you have. And when you screw up the program while diting it, you'll want that tech support.

maximize the image, the resize the full photoshop as desired,.then you won't have to worry about the color. |
