i don't know if anyone here has a good knowledge of javascript, but I'm assuming at least one of you does...
if someone could take a look at my site and work out what the hell is wrong with my drop down menu's i'd be very grateful, cause frankly I can't find the error and my eyes are threatening to explode.....
(the error is with netscape, not IE, but I suggest you check with both brosers )
thanks again.

Hey Dan
Dunno about the javascript but I do know when I lookde at it the menus took ages to know. I first thought they didn't have anything in them. It may have been my slow connection though...

You may know more than you think... you pointed out the problem in your own post, netscape just doesn't like dropdown menu's, its as simple as that. I may be wrong with this (and I'm sure someone will point it out if I am) but I've never seen a javascript based dropdown menu that worked in ns. Now for obvious reasons the following example may not be the best choice, but its what came to mind, go to microsoft.com and check their dropdown menu in both browsers, what do you find?? It doesnt work in ns! Now as I stated before this may not be the best example because it is microsoft's site (they made IE, so naturally that may be all they care to support with their site, kinda stupid but *might* be true.)
The same generally holds true to most sites that use dropdown menu's... they work in ie and don't in ns. I'm sure that there is probably *some* way to get dropdown menus to work in netscape but it seems that the majority of the webbuilding community is screaming the same thing, "SCREW IT!" Welcome to the club, discrepencies between ie and ns have been tormenting us for years... |

As I right understood, you have problems with drop down menus. I check your site and see menus is all right. Script is excelent, but Netscape is not understand <div>, so when you describe menu use <div> for IE and <layer> for Netscape.
I hope this will help |
