Well, I want my own domain and I'm wondering where you guys having your own domain have your sites hosted, with nameserver and stuff.
Some of you probably have it on your own comp, but I'm on dialup isdn, so that isnt an alternative for me.

Anyone know of some kind of package including domain registration (and paying to internic, so you dont have to count with unforseen expences), about 20-30 megs of web space, plus domain hosting ofcourse?

I must something affordable. You don't have very much money to spend on domains and stuff when you're 15 =)

ahem. wouldn't hurt to know what country you're in, to begin with..

naw, as far as i know, usually your own isp should have an possibility to set up a domain/server deal, with internic jazz and whatnot, for a wee price of course.

's what i have. my isp (finnish, TPO), i pay them an amount of money a month and they keep my server fed, petted, happy and healthy. they also dealt with internic and registration, and setting it up. i also have 5 dial-up accounts and whatnot now. :|

i'd guess many isps, no matter what the country, should have something like this.

what i pay for mine a month.. well. it's not pretty. but it's fast, stable, convenient and whatnot.

(and servers have emotions, trust me.)

As far as hosting your site, I suggest using www.CiHost.com . I use them and they have been great so far. The package to get from them is their "Special" it comes with practically everything you may need. I use them to host all of my sites

Det finns massor av bra tj�nster i sverige.
Det �r inte alls sv�rt att hitta tj�nster som
bara kostar runt 1500kr/�r, ex dom�nreistrering.
Fast ska du ha s� mycket plats s� kan det ju bli problem. Ta och fr�ga dig sj�lv ifall du verkligen beh�ver s� mycket.

Mend www.crw.se kan du ju kolla. De har iallafall koll p� sin server. Men de riktar sig mest till f�retag. S� de �r inte j�ttebilliga.
