So here is a stupid techie problemo i have. My comp doesn't like to install stuff because of cab files (unfortuantely one of the most widely used file compression format for installation) i tried to install half-life, no can do, painter classic? same error. Im convinced that something is wrong with my cab file reading, my file properties say that it is "winzip file". when i try to "unzip" a cab file directly (just to see what happens) it says that it is not a standard microsoft cab file? idono, help would be just fabuolous. later doods.
