A buddy from Denmark and I are developing an art and design site where the point is a contest where we choose a new concept each 14th day and artists can send in their contribution and try to win the contest.
How many would artists here would be interested in such a site?

There will not be a prize. I would think winning a contest is prize enough. If this page kicks off, a LOT of people will see your art.
We haven�t got a preview up yet. I�ll be sure to post the site here when we�re closing in on our release 
We might need some artists to kick off the first week...
Thanks for the offer of help with the design, but we�re two professional designers working on it so that won�t be necessary

Sounds like a bit of a ripoff of what my great buddies Token N and Michael S are doing at http://www.k10k.com .But it's a nice idea, and I guess theres always room for more great stuff...
yeah. my vote for the 'fast pig' too.
