Hmm. A) Too cramped for 800X600. Good part of us run in 800X600 still, yes. That's a HUGE complaint, because really, the page looks like crap, but would probably look good on a higher res. B) I don't care if you get a cool adress from webjump, the bar is stupid, tacky, unmoveable, and you lose a good part of the screen to it. Move to your ISP webspace. C) Grammar check your frickin' page dude. That's all I've got.

Hello there Mr. 15-year-old "dullperson@hotmail" :P
David,
Your site is coming along quite well. Here are my comments:
1. I like the blue & orange color theme... it looks nice against the black background. Though the main page is quite bright with the orange, it's a style.
2. The main links might stand out more if you increased the transparency of the drop-shadows (so they'd be less black)... and/or you could make the outline of the letters white instead of black...
3a. The tutorial section is nice, but there are no links once you're inside - so the user has to use the back button a few times just to get to the main links. Perhaps, unless you've got something else planned, you could add some text links at the bottom of each page (unless you want to get into frames...).
3b. I couldn't quite make out the Photoshop window you captured... but I know in Version 5 at least, you can go to Image/Adjust/Hue&Saturation (or just Ctrl 'U') and click 'Colorize' button just above the 'Preview' button. Does your version of Photoshop have this?
4a. There are a number of places where various elements are quite close to each other - without any space between them (between the cells you've set up). Adding a little space might help balance each page visually.
4b. To add more perceived value to your gallery pictures, you might want to add some space between them (this would 'set them apart' and emphasize each one individually - rather than appearing to be more of 'one big group of pictures'... know what I'm sayin'?).
Keep up the good work
Ciao,

Hey thanks for the comments everyone. I understand that the ad bar at the top obscures part of the page and it annoys everyone but I get 20megs(or 25 I cant remember) and I get a fairly short and simple URL. About the general design, the general colour scheme is a bit odd but I made it late at night and I was tired and I had school the next day. About having to press the back button a lot I workin on it okay.
Oh yeah when I finish it, it is going to be damn fine.
