Love it!
Looks kinda egyptian... I assume that's where you got your inspiration.
A question too; what program is it made in? Looks like Metacreations Carrara?

Thank you. It does have an Egyptian motif to it, but it has started as an alien. How about I call it "Alien-Gyptian"
This image was made in ZBrush ( www.zbrush.com ). I used one 3D object to model the head and then used free-hand brush (mostly the Bump Brush) for all the details.

Click on the image bellow to view a larger size image.
(Its about 250k in size, with minimal artifacts due to jpg compression)
This image was done as experimentation in ZBrush, so, please feel free to modify and add your background to it. (If you do that, please post your version so I can see it

surphun: Thank you .
About you question... ZBrush is quite powerful application and offers new method of 'painting, and as such, it may not be easy to grasp the concept and harness it's powers. My best suggestion is to keep exterminating with it. You will eventually grasp the concept well enough to begin rolling
As far as resources... I don't know of any available resources other then ZBrushs tech support, which should be helpful in figuring things out. I wish there was a site with ZBrush tutorials, but this may take some time till some of the 'pioneer' artists get sufficiently knowledgeable to produce such material.
Hope this helps
