hey mix.. are you ripping off tech13's relic background? just kidding, looks real nice. the nose seems to be too flat on top though, and the lips seem a bit lopsided/big. If this is your first attempt at digital painting vs. the more graphicy stuff you usually do then its a damn good first effort

Pretty sweet for a first time digi-painting!
The eyes seem a bit flat...
and the lips look swollen
...and while I'm at it, the nose seems a tad too long

like they say, nice First Image. You have the face from lined up good.
How about this:
add small amount of Hair that comes down her helmet? (look more sexy)
Yah i Agree witht Ko the Eyes do look flat. add Bit more of Light HighLights and dark the uper area of eye.
That upper lip looks fat
