I call this beauty "Cat and Mouse". I spent a little time adding in the 3d background effects. Lemme know what you think.

no way! hate to be whistle blower dood but that is a doctored photograph.
it's sad when people try and pass of a minor edit as originality.
I'm disgusted, I really am.
I could point out all the obvious things in the picture that prove what I'm saying. but anyone just has to look at the fine other work in this thread.
they are almost photographic in their own way, but the technique and the creativity shine through to anyone.
For shame! |

Even if that Quake image is a rip off, there is just something about it that draws you in. I find the use of a basketball for the torso strangely erotic. There must be a higher resolution version of it somewhere that I can use as my wallpaper. If anyone knows where I can get, lessee, a 640x480 copy I would appreciate it greatly. I know that's a little bigger than my desktop, but I would love to have that kind of detail. |

Excuse the ignorance but what is Painter? Some kind of freeware art program that rules?

Here's the original full-size pic, which, incidentally, just happens to be exactly 1024x768. I had to work at a high resolution to achieve the level of detail I wanted, so here it is.
