Does any1 know of ne plug ins that will help a shitty new artist?

Don't you think this planet would burst with excellent artists by now if there was a "good artist" plugin???

Don't use the lack of such a plugin as an excuse - sit down and paint what you feel like painting. After a while you'll get better and better - and you might even find out that you hate using plugins, because they're just canned effects and have nothing to do with your ability.

(those plugins I meant are not the PS standard plugins, which I find quite helpful. I mean those "marble-sphere with pink dots on flames" filters)

and get eyecandy.. probably the most abused plugin around, i hate it when ppl make some stupid "logo" with the glass/emboss tool, add some shadow/glow effect, and finally add the oh-so-abused lens flare plugin.. ugh!!!

I don't think there's a plug-in out there has hasn't been far overused and abused already. No matter what plug-in you use, you pic might look very filtered and pre-made. I'd suggest just picking up a tablet. I'm not saying that all you need is a tablet and you'll start dishing out awesome pics, but it is much better than a mouse in terms of control. It should improve the quality of your work significantly once you get used to it.
