Wow, another great pic. Must be copyrighted or something by the Co. so Dhabih can't put it in his gallery, or maybe he's just insanely busy - or lazy. Oh well.
Thanks for finding that ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/smile.gif) |

Yea, that's all his early work. Quite an improvement! That should give the newbie artist out there hope, cuz it's not very good... =) |

holymotherofmercy! Look at The Chapel pic.... Dhabih used not one, but TWO lense flares! Ack! It's nice to know even Dhabih committed sacrilege during his learning period... gives me hope ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/smile.gif) |

Um...those aren't lense flares. Those are just sparkles made by dhabih (by hand). There is quite a noticable difference between hand-drawn sparkles/flares and Photoshop flares.

Physch, what do you mean it's not very good. I know it's not his best but if that's when he was a newbie that put's most of the rest of us newbie's to shame...
Dhabih, if you're reading this put a link to some of this stuff...it gives me insperation, and I bet alot of other people would like to see it too...
Later.

Uh... Those ARE lens flares, man. Do can't draw a big ol' lens flare by hand. He's talking about the one on the sword, if you haven't noticed it... |

AAAAAAHHH its been found!!!! NOOOOOOoooo...
heheeh, that one with the 2 lens flares was the first drawing i ever did on my wacom....and the lens flares...uh....no excuse, i'm sorry...hehhehehe,
That page (the root is: threshold.premierweb.com/realm/) was just a fan page i made when i was playing sierra's The Realm....i was actually only a part of during the beta, then i got bored of it..and what i'd do is charge people money to make portraits of their characters....i'd spend like all these hours on these things and end up with like 50 bucks...it was way below minimum wage, heh
Eventually Sierra asked me to make the offical realm page which i just noticed is no longer there, i did it back in 97. Anyway, i was planning on adding all those drawings to me "old drawings gallery" when i did my site redesign (no idea when that'll be)
wow, that sure brought back memories

Yea, I don't think it's bad work either.
Obviously it doesn't compare to his newer stuff, but can you really expect that? That was 4 years ago.
If you'll notice his sense for composition and lighting was still DEAD ON. His technique just needed some polishing, which is the case with every single "newbie" on the planet, right? And as you all well know, his technique has been polished to perfection now, and look what he can create. |
