Which do you like better, apples or oranges?
Corel draw is mainly a vector application like Adobe Illustrator, unless we're specifically talking about something like Corel Photo Paint, which doesn't even come close to being as industry standard as Photoshop.

If we're talking about real competition for Photoshop, I prefer Painter myself, but that's because of its direct creation capabilities. For image compositing I almost always use Photoshop, but for direct motion to mark results, I don't think you can beat Painter.

I always use good old cheap and cheerful PSP5... Ive been trying to get into Photoshop but I just havent been able to get my head round it...

Paint Shop Pro here as well. Even though PS and PSP seem to have a lot in common I couldn't switch from one to another, so I'm sticking with PSP. |

i liek apples over oranges because oranges go "FSSSHHHHHHHHHHHH... WET!" and i liek Photoshop over Corel Draw because i dont have Corel Draw muahahahah *evil*

Hey i just installed a Painter Classic from my WACOM cd (wow i actially have a program that wasnt warezed LOL!) hmm but yet i didnt buy it directly.. anyway, I checked the Painter out and i lieked it! I wish i could put the warmness, randomness, nice colors and texture into PS which i already learned BTW i found this kickassy tutorial somewhere recently.. forgot where but the picture on it is a kickass painting that i saw somewhere else a couple times - KICKASS!
