Hi everyone!

It's been fun and educating to observe the discussions on various topics, and now I feel it's time for me to join in. (I've been silently spying you guys for weeks now.)

I'm making my presence known to the board by this picture of a Monarch Butterfly.
http://www.geocities.com/ferrozuka/img/monarch.jpg

It's done in Paint Shop Pro 6, with a photo as a reference for the wings. This being 1/5 the size of the original.

Anyway, I hope you like it and have a nice day :]

Me like. Me like.

That's a nice coloerful picture. It's also a nice addition when juxtaposed with all the other stuff on this board. Not that I don't like the other stuff on this board, it just seems to come in only one flavor, which I actively abuse.

Good work

This is very pretty. I like butterflies. You should draw a picture of a girl covered with butterflies.

Excellent art. I agree with Kindred about all the artwork here being of similar genre/style. We get a little variation.. but more often than not its comic-bookish pseudo-realism. </flame bait>

I think I'm gonna go paint a girl covered with caterpillars an moths.

Yes, its a lovely picture indeed. But how about drawing a girl coverd in nothing first. Than you can go ahead and add the butterflys later.

Good god, that sounds like something I would draw. I need help.

Thanks for the comments people.

I liked that girl&butterflies idea so much I'm probably gonna give it a shot, thank you Jess. It's not gonna be robotic though. And no phasers for her, either. Sorry :]

Until we meet again
