Hi people, hey do any of you out there rememember that zbrush prog that Dhabih told us about a while ago? Well I was wondering if any of you's out there tried it out. I gave it a shot and found it quite tricky to use at first but it gets easier if you persevere with it. I think, it's a pretty cool little package....Anyway here's a pic I did with it if anyone is interested, I altered the colour and the head a bit in photoshop, but it's pretty much as it was.

You guys should also check out deep paint 3d (formerly 4dpaint) www.righthemisphere.com, you can download a demo there as well.
I find it the better than zbrush. It's pretty easy to use (like photoshop) and you can flip back and forth between photoshop and your 3d program.. supports all the major ones... shane caudle (the UT guy) uses it.
here's something I made using deep paint, it's my first image

Kyri, looks great. I like the metal effect really. I was just wondering you have somekinda circular strokes on the arms. Is that actually done with brush (I mean by hand) or is it somekinda pattern used in ZBrush?
I wonder, will someone say do you know how to do backgrounds? =)))))

Cheers dp,
I put the figure together quite simply and quickly, really...you can do that with
this program
Basically using spherical brushes and reducing and increasing the brush sizes,
the bits on the arms were done in the same way.......and the stuff coming
off the shoulders were with a different brush.......this was really just an
experiment and is the first one I've tried.
Anyway it's really a cool program and is real fast and simple to use which is probably why I can use it......heh, heh. ;P
