*Ahem* duhroach, maybe you just need to take a look at FAQ, to learn more about posting ?
Okei, 2nd image is better imho. But it's TOO DAAAAARK!!! And it doesn't look like a CM work... Man, add more bg or countour lights, seems like you've 2 lightsources: from the higher left and the low(middle?) right. Left is ok, but right hmmm... how about some hotspots on her body, not only on the face?
