Heres an Old woman painting I did, note the original sketch was done by a different person so i'm only taking credit for the painting. I used Dhabih's tutorial methods to compose this with my mouse.

Nice job but it looks too blury. Try running unsharp mask on it. I cant tell you how much I would recomend because I dont know the DPI of your pic.
